Template and assumptions provided, I was given 75 min to complete
Thank you! Any other insights you're willing to share on their process? (Anything else on the test, additional steps, etc. would be appreciated)
The excel template had the sections: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, capitalization and debt schedules, and interest expense and the assumptions were on income statement drivers, balance sheet assumptions (minimum cash, AR days, etc), cash flow assumptions, interest rate assumptions on 3 tranches of debt, and repayment assumption for one of the tranches. I sent my model in, got a call to discuss and that was it!
