As a new analyst, should I be asking people if I can help out rather than waiting for people to come to me for help?
There are a few fire drills on my team right now, and the senior analysts are currently taking care of them. No one asked me to assist with these fire drills. Should I be stepping in and asking how I can help? I am usually not swamped with work, and I am idle sometimes. An associate came to me for help on Tuesday, but I already finished helping him.
