Say you are trying to land at another shop For FT coming from summer associate stint, would your new FT hire still provide a $10k early sign-on? My understanding is you get 30-40k sign on + 10k relocation + 10k early sign on. But what if you don’t get a FT offer or you lock in FT offer with another bank - is the $10k off the table?
