At T3 BB, no central place to find best in class / good precedents …

A2 at JPM/GS/MS, file management is SO archaic and we have to do SO much from scratch … think timetables, standard RFPs etc, unless someone in the team sends precedents they’ve worked on themselves, have to basically get on knees and beg for it from overseas teams sometimes

This takes up so much time and seniors end up wanting something they’ve seen before anyways

Anyone else?? Is this a large-company only problem given scale / tech debt?
