Avoiding lay-offs as Analyst
Hi Monkeys,
As in the title - I wanted to ask if you think there are any reasonable measures that one can take to avoid potential layoffs as an Analyst?
Up until now, I thought that these sort of decisions are mertocratic to a very limited extent. Trying to: (i) get more staffings, or (ii) facetiming more, likely don't move the niddle (these two are the most commonly chosen techniques by Analysts). Instead of this, I'd think that it is more beneficial to work as usual and focus free time on looking for other roles.
What is your take on this? Any advice would be much appreciated!
