Backup Plans

Hey,

Doing my summer internship in two months at an MM Boutique (Baird, Jefferies, HL), scared about current market and what it might mean for returns. Any suggestions for plan Bs and Cs, if I don't get return and don't successfully recruit full-time.

If you don’t get the return, don’t stress — plenty of great Plan Bs out there:

  • Drug dealer (great margins, full autonomy, downside is prison but at least there’s no slide decks)
  • Jiggalo (exit opps into OnlyFans management)
  • Accountant (basically banking without the prestige, pay, or serotonin)
  • Dropshipper with motivational reels on Instagram ("Wake up at 4am and you too can be mid")
  • Course seller teaching people how to get a return offer despite not getting one
  • Crypto rug puller (we call it 'market disruption' now)
  • Life coach at age 22 ("I’ve failed 4 interviews and that’s taught me everything about resilience")
  • Personal brand consultant for LinkedIn influencers
  • And hey, if you’re really down bad — could always go 'find yourself' abroad… heard the Yemen market is booming right now with some high-conviction, mission-driven roles available
