Bad to wear AirPods during HireVue?
This is a weird question, but during my internship this summer, one of the HR people said that they don't like it when applicants wear AirPods during HireVues. I thought it was really odd, and she didn't give much of a reason. Something about them not being used to AirPods... Idk maybe it's pretentious? Was wondering if anyone here actually gives a shit whether or not kids had wires in their headphones

If you're paranoid, just buy the wired apple earphones (presumably you want to stick with Apple or are used to the design). They are like 10 dollars on Amazon
the mic on the wired Apple earbuds are absolute shit
I don't notice any difference between my wired apple earphones and my airpods
Nobody cares what you use unless the quality of sound is shoddy. Don’t use large over the head headphones though as it would look a bit unprofessional but that’s just a personal preference to avoid.
