Does anyone have good insight into Baird's GP Solutions team?Culture (esp. emphasis on facetime)/Hours/Exit opps input all very much appreciated.

Groups been launched only a month or so I think. This was the press release when it was announced.
Thoughts on the group’s prospects in the MM sponsor space?

Group is new and benefitted from grabbing some of the CS team. Very integrated into the larger Baird platform and will use those existing MM sponsor relations. The group itself sits in NY within the capital advisory arm of Baird's IB, so can expect to work with both capital markets and industry groups.
Know a couple of the guys there and they are massive chillers. Don't know anyone very senior but VP/Assoc level seem like they would be great to work for. Baird platform overall is chill about facetime so would imagine there is little difference in this group, but you never know.
Can corroborate. Interviewed with them last year, seemed like chill sharp guys.
