I am apart of a top LevFin BB group and we worked as joint bookrunner with BAML on a couple of deals. Yes, they might bring in good fees but on the junior level, you will be 'mentored' by quite a few incompetent seniors in my opinion, I may also be wrong as I have not been apart of the BAML LF team but the way their MDs, Directors, VPs portray themselves on call is quite bad. No sense of leadership, no sense of initiative and relied on us for all the heavy lifting. That being said, I have no idea about the team culture and it may be amazing. You will definitely work on a lot of good deals however, and the LF market is booming right now so it is good time to join the team if you are super interested. At the end of the day, it is still a BB and will look good on your CV. Hope this helps

One of the better levfin teams for junior exits, but these guys have been falling down the LTs in both m&a and levfin in the last few years. Have lost some of their big guys too (origination head left for a CFO role, capmarkets guy left for Apollo). Quality of people seems quite variable too but I think this is an issue with BBs more broadly.

Exits I recall include KKR (capmkts), Apollo PC, GA Credit (SS), Arcmont (SS), Lone Star (PE), H/2 (HF). It is definitely one of the better regarded levfin teams (by headhunters anyway).
