Currently at BAML and have the chance to switch into a top group for junior summer/FT. If I want to go into PE UMM or MF, is a top group at BofA (M&A, FSG, LevFin) good enough or should I recruit lateral for FT at other top banks (GS, MS, JPM) or boutiques etc. Just curious
