Bank of America ECM in big trouble
Associate 3 in IBK. 3 ECM MDs have left in the past 3 weeks, at least 4 more members rumoured to be leaving by the end of the year citing massive issues with how things are run in the group - also already an understaffed team. Senior leadership must be questioned at this point
