I know!! It is ridiculous! Btw here's part of the email I received:

As a follow-up to your application, we wanted to provide you with next steps around your candidacy.

· Applications are currently under review by the Global Banking & Markets (GBAM) Sophomore Scholarship Committee

· Applicants will be considered based on the application materials provided

· All applicants will be notified of their status by the week of January 30th; Applicants selected for interviews will receive interview details at this time

· Interviews will take place in New York, during the second week of February

· Please let us know if you are currently in another sophomore program process that may conflict with the above timeline

· Please give us a day or so to follow-up on your questions, as you can imagine we have received a high number of applications for this year’s program

They said Monday. I think they probably already got back to their top candidates though. So not looking extremely good for those that have yet to hear back.

Nah I doubt that is the case. I recall them saying probably Monday but definitely by Tuesday. They'll probably hand out acceptances by Monday and the rejections on Tuesday.

While junior Summer Analysts are usually phoned directly following the interviews, I'm fairly certain that this process is not the same for the sophomore program. They never indicated to juniors that they would call the following week, which they did for the sophomore program. I think everyone will hear back tomorrow.

"For all the tribulations in our lives, for all the troubles that remain in the world, the decline of violence is an accomplishment we can savor, and an impetus to cherish the forces of civilization and enlightenment that made it possible."

They did. I kept in contact with interviewers and I was told they deliberated right afterwards. I was also told they would let people know this week. So I don't think we have been rejected yet. But of course I could be wrong.
