Bank of America, the next lehman?

Assange ready for assault on BAC and then there is this in NYT :

"The New York Times details the claims of struggling homeowners like Mimi Ash, who is one of a growing set of a Americans who believe they have been mistakenly foreclosed upon. In a lawsuit filed in October, the NYT reports, Ms. Ash claims she was behind on payments on her Truckee, California home and was in the process of working out a mortgage modification with Bank of America when the bank seized her home and possessions including her husband's ashes"

seriously, how low can someone get ? ashes of husband? really BAC? Really?

yeah... im pretty sure BofA doesnt actually send its own employees to seize possessions. that stuffs outsourced to companies/goons with the combined IQs of a banana. some goon probably just saw something shiny and deemed it valuable. you can only micro manage so much
