Can someone discuss the pros and cons of join BofA vs. Cantor at a mid-level associate role? I have a background working for middle market banks (global / strong brands but small) so I'm keen to move to a bigger name. I know the culture at BofA is brutal, but I would really like to have that name on my resume.
