Bank with day 1 green card?
H1B not selected and are planning my move. What banks do day 1 green card for the internationals? I heard Lazard might be one but can anyone confirm?

Let me save you and everyone some time here. Spent way too long chatting with folks / researching so let me help people where I can. Been in the industry for a couple of years, there is no shop that will sponsor green cards day 1. Most have a hard bar of VP or above with the exception of GS which does it an associate level. The one caveat is if you’re a good performer and your H1B is expiring as an asso firms will start your greencard process but that’s it. Happy to answer any follow ups here - internationals have to stick together in this.
