Dude, frankly a very belated observation, this has been going on for a while…. Enough warnings have already been given to the new joiners ..
the latest round of layoffs is the latest salvo by the management in shooting oneself in the foot…
I’m gonna be honest, agree with the above really the only bank that hasn’t gone downhill has been JPM. Barc Citi are going into the dumpster, MS and UBS are more concerned with WM, Bofa and GS are fine but they have been plagued with management issues.
Would even say GS is struggling. Too many key players leaving.
