My friend works there. There's no such group as that. It's obviously risk management.

RSG is in IBD, part of Global Finance. Base comp is the same for RSG as all other IBD groups, and bonuses for the group are probably standard (if not better since RSG's been raking in a ton of p&l for the bank)

And yes, it is a real client-facing group, totally different from RM.

There isn't really a description, but it says it is a "PRODUCT" team... which means FO, I guess.

Definitely Front Office and certainly one of those groups that rakes in a ton of money as someone earlier mentioned. Solid team too.
