Incoming SA at the NYC office and curious about what Barclays offers. I heard they have a gym, can we use it? What are stipends / ride policy? Anything interesting?

Answers are below. I've worked at a few BBs and have overall had a good experience at Barclays and plan on staying longer-term (good mix of deal flow, culture, and pay), however the perks and the NY office have to be among the worst of the BBs / EBs.
Still better than Citi's $25 after 7 PM and Ubers after 10 PM. Gym in office but not free. BBs really need to step up their perks.
Its a $5 delta bro take the extra 25 bands in pretax they give you in over time during SA to cover it
