Barclays, PWP, Lazard, JPM
Hi WSO, what are your thoughts on SA at these places? Got offers from 2/4 here and has some more left in the process, but was curious on culture, exit opps, deal flow and junior development.

Lazard > JPM / PWP > Barclays
I’d bump PWP and put it alongside with Lazard. Agreed with the rest.
Wow 4 MS? Is it love for JPM or hate on PWP? I honestly think PWP > JPM for sure regarding junior rep, culture, hours, even exit opps (tho less margin).
Yeah idk why people rank PWP lower than LAZ. didnt they buy tudor? That's pretty huge. yeah agree with the rest but all 4 very solid banks
not sure why this one has so many bananas. It’s not this clear cut at all. Really just depends what you want, all will place differently depending on your qualifications
probably don't consider Barclays. pwp and Jpm hard to say
lol im all for making fun of these banks but barclays is honestly killer in a lot of groups, especially tech. culture is pretty sweet too from what i have seen. OP I honestly don't think you can go wrong with any of these firms
I work at Barclays and I think you should consider the other 3
also work at Barclays, would pick JPM and could go either way with PWP and Lazard before thinking about Barclays

Why all the Barclays hate?
its not really hate when the other options are extremely strong banks and OP is basically just asking for rankings, which of course laz/jpm are going to be better in. noone has really commented on culture/junior development which im sure would make for a closer comparison
