Career Resources
Target recruiting is just about over. Barclays does very little nontarget recruiting in the regular cycle (generally we only do regular nontarget recruiting if we can’t fill the SA class through the accelerated diversity and normal target rounds), and I believe we’ve been reaching out to some nontarget people, but I’m not sure as I’m on a core school recruiting team.
