BB Chances

Hey people I'm new here so excuse me if I end up saying stupid shit.

I'm a Wharton junior from Eastern Europe. I'm LGBT. I'll most prob have a high 3.6 (3.68 or something) by the time recruiting starts. I got pretty solid extracurriculars, including 2 finance-related internships. I personally know only a few young analysts on Wall Street through my frat and stuff. Coupla questions:

1-Chances for mid-tier BBs? How about GS/MS/Blackstone/JP?
2-Would rounding my GPA up to 3.7 be looked down upon?
3-I am planning on studying the Vault prep guide religiously. Where else can I find a reasonably concise, reliable and effective prep guide?

Thanks a lot.

on the one hand, you don't want to be pigeonholed and have everyone think "well Chris only got the job because of LGBT quotas." on the other hand, if firms have said "we will hire LGBT" it's idiotic to not take advantage of this. what I don't know is if these things are in addition to or instead of regular OCR. if they're instead of and there aren't as many banks, I'd go with the traditional route, but if it's like a bonus session, then why the hell not?

I recognize that many people think affirmative action and these programs are stupid (I'm still torn on the issue), but the fact of the matter is they exist. if you don't get the job, someone who attends one of these things will.
