Laz at 3 is diabolical
P sure London laz is dogshit like T3 is generous but I’m American so it’s just what I’ve read
Damn didn't see it was for London
CVP is not tier 1 because of how small their firm is and pjt is not tier 2
Laz at 3 is fair
At EVR, tech,FIG, telecom, hc and chems are on par with the T1. In some sub verticals in these teams they are probably better.
Other teams are decent in line with T2/3 with some exceptional years (in the utilities or generalist teams)
Would expect most teams to get into T1 by 5-10 years. This place is growing like crazy.
Heard from a friend EVR hired a lot of FT analysts this year, do you know ~ how many new analysts / what the intern conversion rate is? Thinking of applying for their london graduate 2026 FT
~30 analysts and conversion was ~70% last year
