What do you think would help to get into Hedge Fund easier? I interned at a BB IBD but I'm thinking about moving to AM. I've met a couple of guys from PIMCO and they were really cool people, they seem to previously work at BBs as well. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!
