I would take BB over their academy program
What would influence you to take BB? My concern is that not accepting this opportunity could actually be a risk, as I may end up recruiting for hedge funds (and even Point72) after a 2 year banking program. Also, this still seems like a very structured program, which does not seem very common in the hedge fund industry.
