Want to know rank of easiest to hardest of getting return offer in the following BB: GS, MS, JPM, BAML, Citi, UBS
Like how do they compare esp nowadays
Weird list to leave out Barc lol. Almost all BB's for what it's worth are 60%+, usually offer is yours to lose. Know some firms like Citi lean on the lower side of this, but it's generally true. Oh MS last year was a shit show and was like 50% but that's not the standard. Think UBS too was technically under 60% if you include the CS interns but if you don't they were still over that (like 5-20% of CS interns were given returns, so not exactly very fair to include them).
I will say as an intern there last summer Barc has an almost 100% return offer rate. There’s usually one or two kids per group that don’t belong due to cultural or skill problems. But you won’t get cut due to headcount issues. Maybe Barc gave out low bonuses last year in order to pay the signing bonuses of the interns lol

Why was MS shitshow last year?
Was MS due to budget or performance
