BB vs. EB VP/Director Comp

Am curious as to if there is a significant difference in comp at a BB vs EB at the VP/Director level. Is it significant? Also, would it be fair to expect more cash at an EB vs. a BB? Any colour on this would be appreciated.

EDIT: Any info on some MM would be appreciated also as some consider some banks to be both EB & MM (ex. Roths, HL, Jeffs etc)
