Does anyone have any information on them? They are an affiliate of BDO the accounting firm and have around 30 bankers in Boston & NYC.
How would an SA here look? Assuming solid connections would I be able to put myself in a decent spot for fulltime BB and top MM recruiting?

Probably Top MM, maybe BB, depends on connections/recruiting. BB is tougher b/c they have fewer spots right now and the deals you would be working on are generally going to be MM deals.
Pros: *Much better hours *Fewer pitchbooks (part of the fewer hours) *Can get more involved with the process
Cons: *Brand name isn't great (not as strong as say PWC or Deloitte CF) *Deal flow could be a bit sporadic *Formal training won't be on par with BBs, elite boutiques or Top MM groups
Congrats on the offer though.
I know a guy who summered there and ended up at a BB FT, so it's definitely possible. peinvestor2012 is right though, FT BB recruiting is drying up more and more each year
The Boston office does mostly sell-side M&A deals while the NY office does restructuring deals (special situations group). They were the advisor on the recent Segway deal. Looks like they worked on a couple interesting recent deals. Should be well-positioned for other MM firms.

Have an interview coming up for an IB Analyst position at BDO Capital Advisors in Boston. Does anyone know anything about them? I've done some research and found out that they used to be known as Trenwith Securities, but can't find much info on Trenwith Securities.
Anyone know about reputation/culture? comp? exposure at Analyst level? exit ops?
Any information you might have would be immensely helpful!
