Congrats on your offer :)

I only have so potentially dated info but I hope this can be better than nothing:

I interviewed with them for summer 2014 so can speak a bit to that. Gym was nice (not equinox but more like a local suburban gym to what I remember), was not too big but like gets the job done if you want to exercise. It was empty when they showed it to me, not sure if it’s used but maybe a bit. I doubt they would keep it if no one used it. Otherwise, all other benefits seemed to be in line with other EBs. Only other bonus perk is the office was in 767 5th building I believe which is a nice building and location. Seemed nice to work in that area/building.

best wishes and good luck :)

Thank you! Was there also a shower at the office for the gym? Would you compare the gym to like the basic apartment gyms seen in nicer apartments in the city? Also, what kind of benefits would be in line with the other boutiques? I appreciate the insight.

You are welcome. I don’t remember if there was a shower but I would guess / hope they had one. Maybe kinda like a basic apartment gym though not sure if I would say it was like a luxury gym but prob fair to say it was nice and helpful. Though, if I worked there I might more appreciate getting to walk outside in CP on a nice day if possible for some exercise. The office is in a nice neighborhood. Other benefits seemed to include bonuses (or at least potential signing and/or year-end), healthcare, 401k, expanded overtime meals and travel home, etc those kinds of things. Prob like company events every now and then like a happy hour or volunteer day, etc

welcome again, good luck :)
