Best Banks for Lateral Hire?

Anyone know which banks tend to favor incoming analysts with 1-2 years of exp in Corp banking or S&T? I know most banks fill slots randomly as analysts quit but would love to come in as a 2nd/3rd year analyst if I stay for the full 2 years in my current role.
