Best IB Analyst Programs Purely for Learning?

If comp, exits, and hours were irrelevant, which banks have the best mentorship and growth opportunities? For example, I heard Qatalyst and Centerview trains their juniors extremely well compared to Goldman Sachs which only lets associates make the models.

You can learn relevant skills at any bank (even crappy ones). This is coming from someone who went from a pitch and ditch shop as an MBA associate to a PJT/MOE/LAZ/PWP as a Sr Associate.

That being said, I think as an analyst the best shops are these EBs listed above + EVR/Q/CVP/Ardea where you get intense deal reps as it translates well into the buyside roles.

For MBA Associates a shop where you learn to pitch and develop industry slides / content does bring value to a long term banking career and I have seen strong bankers  come from all of the BBs with this skill set.
