Silverlake is an absolute sweatshop. Any solid UMM/MF is going to be a grind. Even on the WC, top firms like Francisco SF, Ares LA for ex. are tough. Maybe a few are exceptions (heard LGP has solid culture) but most will be sweaty/hardo culture.
