Best Non NYC Office
Which IB firms have the strongest offices outside of NY. Besides SF Tech offices the only things that come to mind are MOE LA, EVR Houston, etc.

A bit of an odd question. Answer is none of them, even the SF tech offices or the exalted Moelis LA office in an US context.
MOE LA, LDN offices of Euro BBs, sector specific offices (EVR Menlo for HC, etc)
Stifel (KBW) New Dehli
GS, JPM, Jefferies and RBC Houston. Terrible cultures but they do a lot of deals
HL LA is decent
Wells Fargo. Charlotte is paradise.
Wells Fargo, Anchorage Branch
Have also heard great things about Wells Fargo Anchorage
Blair Chicago HQ (unless we are only talking about satellites)
