Best Paying Banks Houston

With bonuses pretty much out, would appreciate seeing how comp looked at different banks in Houston. Feel free to use classic WSO format:

  • Name of firm and / or type (BB, EB, MM)
  • Position (Role & Yr)
  • Base
  • Bucket
  • Bonus

Any other context would be much appreciated as well (firm performance, firm perks, etc).

As a Houston Banker this is my guess:

- Moelis, Evercore, PWP

JPM also pays well, have seen mixed things on Jefferies recently. I also believe MS comps well but don’t have any solid datapoints there.

But just FYI for the intern OP - u shouldn’t solely pick ur firm on pay. This varies drastically YoY and culture is more important.

Cheers

you're a troll. JPM gives $10k bonuses to analysts. and nobody in houston calls them PWP - it's TPH
