OP, some state schools have terrible acceptance rates for out-of-state transfers. Particularly UMich, UT Austin, and any of the UCs. UNC is a solid bet, as is UVA but both are tricky because you need to get into the business school specifically, which may result in you having to do a semester in CAS before going into UNC K-F for example. I would take a look at Cornell and UChicago. Cornell has the highest transfer acceptance rate among ivies and will place you well.

West Coast: Cal, UCLA

Mid: UMich Ross, UT Austin

East Coast: UVA, UNC

Good luck if you're OOS though, state school transfer classes are majority local CC-fed

"PteroGonzalez" I've always heard it called UPenn State. Same school right?

Well that’s a satellite campus but yea it’s in the same uni system.

These State Flagships like University of Florida, University of Michigan and Univ of Penn are all better than the second tier state schools like Florida State, Michigan State and Penn State even though they are part of the state system.

One school that has surprised me is Penn State. Not on the same par with the others, but their Nittany Lion Fund places very well. UW Madison is not bad either as they have a medium-sized alumni network that goes to bat for the students. Just alternative options because I do not know your academic record.

The Nittany Lion Fund only has 16 people interning in IB this summer. There's a very large gap between them and the other top publics who send 70 - 130 kids every summer.

because its not a semi or target for IB lol, even uga is better for kids solely interested in IB(huge presence at Citi NYC for example)

Fair, but in terms of rankings and overall student body pedigree, UCLA & CAL are the only schools that beat tech (with Michigan and UVA matching tech) so I’m surprised they’re not more of a semi-target

In addition to the others mentioned, I've heard good things about OSU's Fisher Futures program. Met a lot of recent grads at BBs from there. Also, I know BAML hires a lot from UofF
