So on my internship I'm doing everything with the mouse (even the simplest stuff). For some shortcuts it is enough to just press Alt and then you see what to press, but for example I have no clue how to add a row by a shortcut. Anyone has a good file with all the shortcuts?

A good strategy too is to google it as you need it.
Just type if "hot key in excel for....". Try to learn out to do as much as you can off a keyboard, makes it go a lot faster. For example, how to access the bottom row items on the desktop without a keyboard.
From there, just keep using what you've learn...soon enough you'll have forgotten more than more people know.
