Blackstone 2024 Future Women's Leaders Program

Has anyone heard back from Blackstone 2024 Future Women's Leaders Program or gone through the process in past year? Completed a pymetrics game invite 5 days ago and haven't heard anything back. Do they cut people from the games alone? Any insight would be appreciated!

Based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems that the timeline for hearing back after completing the pymetrics game for Blackstone programs can vary. Some users reported hearing back within a few days, while others had to wait longer. It's also mentioned that the pymetrics game results are valid for the next 6 months and are often used by other firms you apply to that require pymetrics. So, it's crucial to give it your all as you won't get a second chance.

As for the Blackstone Future Women Leaders Program specifically, there isn't any direct information available in the context about the 2024 program or the use of pymetrics games in their selection process.

Remember, each application process can be different and timelines can vary based on a multitude of factors. It's always a good idea to reach out to the HR department if you have specific concerns or questions about your application status. Good luck!

I would be prepared for questions such as "What is an investment bank" and "What is 2x2." As long as you have a 3.3 GPA and know these you will be fine. But after all, you are all women so you earned it regardless right? Despite the fact that you probably attended greenwich/trinity/berkshire/andover/etc

this is so fucking true and the people in college will down vote it. it's unbelievable the level of talent in these programs vs actual market rate hires

i mean sure obviously it sucks (especially being a college guy and getting fucked over by it) but who gives a shit…if everyone in the industry knows it’s a joke, the house of cards will collapse at some point. Firms need to care about talent at the top. Otherwise they’ll be overtaken by a firm that is willing to risk its DEI score in favor of extra profit. This is how I think of it but tbh it’s probably just a coping mechanism bc i’m sick of seeing what the guy above you said happen…

Incredible.

Meanwhile the girls getting impregnated by backwoods Randy in Mississippi who aren't even aware of the various feminist rights movements continue to actually be oppressed.

Also - make sure once you're in FT through these ridiculous programs that literally only exist for the corporation's bottom line (don't kid yourself and think they actually value you / think you're talented), be sure to act superior to all your colleagues who got in the traditional route and make sure to let them know when you get top bucket in your first year despite being vastly inferior to them in every professional way.
