BoA NY Wholesale Banking offer vs. JPM Hou Middle Market Banking offer?

Recently received two offers: one from BoA for wholesale banking and another from JPM for commercial banking. Which one do you think is easier to transition to IB for? Also, BoA is in NY and JPM is in Houston. Would it be more beneficial to just go to NY to gain more connections? (I live in Houston)

Bonus: if anyone knows salaries + bonuses for these position please lmk
