Board investing
Is anyone on a board for a non profit? I am and we are discussing writing investment policies. We only have about $200k in cash we’re are looking to conservatively invest to just outpace inflation. Any suggestions?

I was offered a board seat but turned it down due to banking hours. Your best bet is a high yield savings account or a CD. If you don’t like that then go for a high yield money market account or buy some treasury securities. If you have a longer horizon then look at government bonds or muni bonds.
