BofA Corporate Banking SA 26 Megathread

Did other people also get hirevue invites? Or are they pretty much done recruiting and just need to fill a few spots. Also if anyone happens to know the hirevue questions would greatly appreciate it!

Based on the most helpful WSO content, Bank of America typically uses HireVue as part of their recruiting process for Summer Analyst roles. For example, in the BofA SA 2021 process, candidates received HireVue invites shortly after applying, and it was considered a selective first-round step before Superday.

Some of the HireVue questions shared in previous threads include: 1. "Tell us about yourself and why BofA." 2. "Key accomplishment that illustrated your personal initiative and drive to push beyond what is required." 3. "Tell us about a major event and how it has impacted markets." 4. "Tell us about a time you quickly learned something new."

Additionally, candidates were given about 3 minutes per question with no retries. It's worth noting that the process can vary slightly year to year, so these questions may not be guaranteed for the 2026 cycle.

If you haven't received an invite yet, it might not necessarily mean the process is over. BofA's recruiting is often rolling, so timing can depend on when you applied and how far along they are in filling spots.
