Based on the most helpful WSO content, Bank of America typically uses HireVue as part of their recruiting process for Summer Analyst roles. For example, in the BofA SA 2021 process, candidates received HireVue invites shortly after applying, and it was considered a selective first-round step before Superday.
Some of the HireVue questions shared in previous threads include: 1. "Tell us about yourself and why BofA." 2. "Key accomplishment that illustrated your personal initiative and drive to push beyond what is required." 3. "Tell us about a major event and how it has impacted markets." 4. "Tell us about a time you quickly learned something new."
