BofA C&R vs JPM C&R
Wondering how BofA's C&R group compares to JPM's C&R group if you want to go into top consumer PE? Just in terms of deal experience / exits?

Also wondering for solid MM/LMM C&R in the space
I believe Piper is really strong in C&R
RJ cooks up in the MM
About even, mostly good people at both. JPM brand is just way stronger right now, so I’d go there if you are otherwise indifferent.
JPM C&R has been very successful in the past 3 years. Always #1 or #2 on different products market share. You will definitely get worked but I would go with JPM.
JPM just has a stronger brand but BofA C&R is definitely a strong group. Very good deal exposure. Although, M&A holds pen on the model in most situations. Think it's probably similar at JPM.
Given M&A is folded into cov groups now what’s the updated view for JPM?
Not sure what it’s like at JP, but C&R folks at BofA have no clue how to model. I think all technical stuff gets punted to product teams there.
JP is also a better brand right now institutionally and you might get slightly better exit opps. Both banks pay roughly the same at the analyst level (BofA pays poorly at all levels above analyst).

Are they at the same level as UBS?
