BofA EGRC LA
Does anyone know the current deal flow for BofA EGRC in the West Coast? Team seems to be strong on culture but was wondering about the MM deals they have done recently

Don't do it bro/sis. EGRC is the joke of Wall Street. Not even a funny joke.
Can I PM you?
Here’s a few of the deals I can think of on the top of my head:
think UBS coadvised on some of these
Can confirm this is representative of dealflow and that UBS coadvised on many of these
Can also confirm that most recent bonus pools at both banks were based on fees from these deals
avoid at all costs.
Have they sent out SD or whatever interview?
Yes offers out
BofA EGRC is a horrible place to start out your career. If you want to be in Los Angeles, try for JPM’s Mid-Cap team in LA, PWP, Jefferies, Moelis etc. even the smaller banks like Lincoln would be better for deal flow and gaining experience than BofA EGRC.
It is a barren wasteland. Like the rest of BofA it has lost its good bankers from the shitty BofA pay and leadership. Your career in ib will have ended before it even starts and you will not get the deal experience to be prepared for other typical roles out of ib.
The bandwagon BofA hate on this website is insane. Don't get me wrong, EGRC is a joke. And BofA isn't necessarily climbing the ranks right now. But saying that someone who starts their career in a coverage/product group at one of the biggest bulge brackets is "ending their IB career before it even starts" is just straight up false.
