BofA NY office perks

Incoming SA curious to hear what BofA’s perks are. I know the bank isn’t in the best spot so don’t really care to hear any comments like “shit bonuses” hahahaha. But would love to hear about meal stipends, Ubers, gym, etc if they exist.

Why is everyone throwing monkey shit at this dude. this is actually a material non-cash benefit that is overlooked

This guy goes on every thread even tangentially related to BofA to start shitting on EGRC. Maybe he’s the only one who got canned and didn’t get a 2nd chance?

$35 dinner stipend, plus $20 late night snack stipend. Comped Ubers home on week days, and then Ubers to and from the office on weekends. There’s a gym im the building that you have to pay for, but it’s pretty solid and provides clothes. Several coffee / smoothie / tea bars with higher quality stuff in addition to free coffee in the cafeteria and on each floor

Exactly what I was looking for, thank you! Not sure if you know about other banks but would you say this is on the lower end of the spectrum, or higher? Sounds great tbh.

ubers and dinner stipends apply to all banks. goldman at least doesnt have a gym :/

I think it’s pretty standard across the industry (at least within the brand names). There are some minor differences in each of the perks. For Ubers, the time that you’re allowed to call one home can change, 7pm for BofA but think it’s closer to 9pm at some others. For the dinner stipend, $35 is pretty standard, but Centerview is a known outlier with an unlimited clip. You can get your food and go at 6:30 at BofA but at MS for example, you need to wait until 8pm to leave if you’ve ordered dinner. Overall the perks at Centerview are insane, I think everywhere else is pretty standardized with some minor deviation. The new JPM building is sick though, in terms of the building itself and the perks thereof, that’s gotta be the best.
