Wondering about the state of BofA for the listed categories as an incoming SA in a non shit tier group. Know the comp sucks for assos and up so no need to tell me, just wondering if it’s 5 days in the office, how culture is, if I have to wear a suit everyday, and what the perks are (meal stipend, office snacks, gym, etc)

People on this app love to hate on BofA. Office is pretty nice and you get good stipends for food, WFH Fridays, and culture tends to be decent in good groups. But yes above analyst you will get paid terribly.

No suit. Perks are pretty good - nice office, solid in-house gym, generous meal stipend. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again- BofA is a good place to be an analyst due to the perks above, they pay their analysts well, and deal flow is decent. But for associates and above, the pay is so bad it’s not worth staying.
