Why you trying to correct someone when you are wrong? IB dropped the ML
I wasn’t trying to correct anyone. I’m just old school I guess and think BAML sounds way more catchy than BofA. But if you think I’m a few years off I’ve seen some IB directors with Merill Lynch still on their LinkedIn header lol

ML = wealth and investment management
BofA = everything else (though, technically, IB, E/DCM, etc. are BofA Securities but go by BofA for marketing purposes)
BAML doesnt exist anymore
BAML is now BofA securities but everyone is just calling it BofA
It’s going to be 100%. Analysts and associates are getting crushed. If you don’t commit an egregious policy violation, you’ll get an offer.
Does this apply to all groups?
Recall it was 100% for BAML HK and Singapore last year (2020 SAs)
