Based on the most helpful WSO content, here's what I found regarding bonuses at LAZ, GHL, and Guggenheim:
LAZ (Lazard): There's a mention of LAZ in the context, but it's related to their operations in Australia, not specifically about bonuses. However, it does note that LAZ has a very small team but strong deal flow, which could potentially influence their bonus structure.
GHL (Greenhill & Co.): The context indicates that Greenhill has been experiencing a decline in deal flow and relevance in Australia, with their top M&A guys planning to spin out. This could affect their bonus pool, although no specific numbers are provided.
Guggenheim: There is no direct information about bonuses at Guggenheim in the context provided.
For comparison, the context does mention that EVR (Evercore) and PJT had bonuses of $197.5k all-in for first years and $200k+ for second years in the past summer. It's also noted that PWP (Perella Weinberg Partners) had especially high bonuses, but no specific figures are given.

Lazard revenue was down single digits and total comp and benefits dollars rose year over year, so somewhat surprised. What are some ranges for ASOs and VPs vs. last year?
is the gugg comp coming out soon for associates only?
do you also have any information on the most recent base and bonus at the analyst and associate level and when they were announced? im confused bc from wso i saw there was an announcement in march and also the end of summer last year for gugg comp.
ASO comp on up is always in March, for the prior calendar year. Like every other bank in existence. Summer is analyst comp, like every other bank in existence except William Blair and Centerview.

Gugg gives out numbers around March 1 and pays March 15
Got it!! What about Lazard or Greenhill?
L
do you know what gugg bonuses most recently (like last year) for analysts and associates?
Bump
Lazard was baddddd
Lazard apparently wasn’t great
Lazard revenue was down single digits and total comp and benefits dollars rose year over year, so somewhat surprised. What are some ranges for ASOs and VPs vs. last year?
LAZ bonuses were not that good. For sure not in line with other EBs, which is a shame.
Not surprising tbh. LAZ has historically always underpaid compared to other EBs, even in Europe where it is considered more prestigious
GUGG bonuses out??
What were Laz numbers?
Not good it appears. See previous threads
Where
how bad was lazard?
somebody please bless us with the gugg bonuses (analysts, associate level)
So LAZ was weak.
Any info about GHL or GUGG bonuses?
range figures would be helpful
Gugg comp meetings getting setup. Numbers come out later this week and next week.
is the gugg comp coming out soon for associates only?

.
Heard bonus was a*s at laz
Looks like these are the numbers for GUGG:
A1 top at 380
A2 375-500
A3 450-525
saw this in another thread too, heard the top pay for associate may be higher than 380 but obv just speculation.
Where did you see that?
what's up with Lazard peeps not sharing shit??
Because the figures were embarrassing and shameful for an EB… barely 6-fig for some non-stub mid buckets
They are recovering from the shock
GHL numbers -
A1 total comp (top bucket) 380, mid bucket 320 (around 80% of base)
Overall pretty decent, higher than LAZ but lower than the heavy hitters (CVP and PJT)
Got ranges for GHL?
How about bonuses for A2-A3??
any idea what pjt and cvp numbers were?
