Anybody here living in Boston for the summer and looking for a roommate? Working in financial district so hoping to stay pretty close to there. Don't want to spend much on rent so looking for roommate(s).
For people who have lived in Boston in the past, when does summer housing market get busy?
Student in boston right now. It's already starting to ramp up at this point so I would definitely start looking. MLK weekend is when a lot of places start going.
