Boston Investment Banking Compensation
Was looking at the investment banking space in Boston and saw there are some boutiques with a presence. Lazard tech M&A, William Blair tech M&A, as well as some smaller middle market banks in the area.
I was wondering if anyone had any information on compensation & culture for investment banks in Boston.
Are first year salaries & bonuses comparable to NY? What is the culture like at firms in Boston?

I believe Blackstone may have a small M&A team in Boston as well
I know the lifestyle in Boston is very different to that of NY as well if anyone has specific experience with that.
