Boutique IB Associate in Midwest vs FLDP program for a Fortune 50 Tech Company in NYC

I currently have an offer from a small boutique investment bank in the midwest for an Associate role, as well as an offer from a tech company in NYC. The tech company offers 1 yr rotations in Corp Dev, Treasury, etc. The salary for the tech company is $20k more than the IB offer, not including bonus. I am not heavily concerned with exit opps, but more so concerned with a well rounded experience that will allow me to start a small business in the future. I am having difficulty deciding between these two offers and would love to hear your thoughts.
