Boutique Lateral - Am I Cooked?

Had a few calls with bankers at this NYC boutique. Was referred by a VP and subsequently had a zoom call with HR early this week. Told me I'm officially in the process and to give my availability for first round interviews this friday. Emailed them, followed up but haven't heard anything. Since the round is supposed to happen tomorrow I am slightly panicking. Am i out of the process or is the round gonna take place another time? Thanks a lot!
