Boutique M&A to EB ECM?

Currently at a boutique focused on M&A, and have an offer for ECM at an EB bank. I don't love the diligence process and have enjoyed the financings I have been on, which is what is prompting my desire to move.

Is there anything I should consider when weighing whether to stay or leave? What are the possible exits from ECM? Is there a benefit to staying in M&A, even if it's at a lower / less prestigious bank? Does ECM really have a better WLB?
